Why voltage matters

It's the difference between a system that lasts and one that fades.

TruLight 48V

TruLight uses 6 LEDs per light, 3 RGB plus 3 dedicated warm white, where Gemstone, JellyFish and Bosso lights have 3. Pure white turns on all six LEDs.

The 48V system carries steady power down a long run, so the far end doesn't dim the way low-voltage runs do, and it needs fewer power injection points.

You can also add motion sensors, and the app has thousands of patterns, 144 effects and music sync.

Standard 12V Lights dim toward the ends of the run. Cheaper components, spottier color, and a shorter lifespan on the same house.
